Heh! Given how slow I’ve been at reading blogs lately, I won’t be throwing any stones. I’m still mulling over the idea – right now I don’t feel I have a lot of wisdom to mine, at least as far as games go.

Obviously, I don’t come here as often as I should. But I haven’t missed your last few posts by too many days. Considering I apparently will read and comment on posts over a year later, this is par for the course. I don’t read nearly as many blog posts as I’d like. Thanks for the reader tips – I’m trying out The Old Reader now and will run it concurrently with Feedly for a bit to see which I prefer.

Another thumbs up for The Old Reader, I have been using it for around a month now and don’t miss GReader much at all.

I might as well pipe in with a Google Reader replacement opinion. I’ve been using The Old Reader for over a month now. It has been a great replacement and they have overcome most of the problems that the Google exodus caused.

I use Newsblur as a replacement for Google Reader, works pretty well I think and reasonably similar to GR in one of the view options.

I never used readers until there was all the outcry about Google Reader going away. Feedly appeared to have stepped up to become “the replacement” so I figured “Why not?” and gave it a try. It seems decent. A few glitches here and there but they’re minor. And I’ve actually got more blogs added into it than I used to check, but still get through them faster too. If this is the poor cousin to Google Reader… makes me wish I’d given it a try when it was still extant.
